At LIGHT Helmets, we stand by our commitment to athlete safety and performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the helmet and all accessories back into the original protective padding and shipping box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our safety technicians inspect the returned gear to verify its integrity, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
